How It Works

Coaching is an investment of time and money. The commitment of your resources says that you are attaching importance to your personal growth. We want you to be able to make that commitment wholeheartedly. Therefore, we invite you to schedule an inquiry session with one of us to help determine if coaching is for you right now. You can ask questions of us and get an opportunity to see if we are a good match for you and your needs. This will also give you an idea of what a coaching session will be like. There is no cost and no obligation. If you decide that you would like to establish a coaching relationship with one of us, here is how it would work:

Once you decide you would like to begin your coaching adventure, we will send you a welcome packet which includes a questionnaire about you and your goals, a coaching payment agreement, and other material to prepare you for our first session. If you are serious about coaching, we are serious about making it affordable for you.

You make a commitment to your goals and to working with a coach for a certain period of time, often three to six months. Meeting two or three times a month is the norm; meetings can be via phone or in person. We will discuss what works best for your situation. You are invited to email us between sessions if you have a need or want to share a victory.

We will connect at the agreed-upon time and begin our exciting partnership of exploring your goals. At the end of our conversation, we will establish our next "meeting" time. Between sessions you will have time to take the specific actions you have decided to pursue as a result of our conversation. Progress begins immediately.
